Gail and I were very fortunate to have both Wendy and Glenn as a team. They had a strong pulse of how fair pricing would bring a buyer for our house and were very upfront with us on the pro and cons of different selling prices and reviewed thoroughly what the competition was in the market and how long they had been on the market. The did a great job of taking pictures of the home and setting up a site to review the house via internet as well as coming up with an beautiful brochure. We had several people remark how wonderful the house looked when they went on line. They worked extensively with other agents, relocation services, as well as having key open houses. They were very strong on negotiating the agreed upon price once they had a buyer and made sure every detail was met to make the home sell on time. They worked very close with us on whatever help we needed in sourcing contractors, exterminators, movers, and were hands on in every aspect of the escrow process. We are in the process in having a new home built for us by a tract builder and they made sure we were signed up for any upfront incentives that were possible. Above and beyond everything listed above is that Wendy and Glenn are good caring people. We felt very comfortable talking and meeting with both of them and felt we could be very open on how we felt things were going and felt they Wendy and Glen reacted to all of our thoughts and needs.
